Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for evening dresses.

However, we understand that mistakes can happen when selecting sizes. In such cases, an exchange for the same dress in a different size may be accepted if the required size is available. Please note that this applies only to the same dress design.

If you’re uncertain about your size or can’t decide between different styles, we recommend using our “Fitting Upon Delivery” service, which allows you to try up to 3 dresses before completing your purchase. 

To ensure the best fit, please refer to the size chart available on each product page, showing measurements for bust, waist, and hips.
