Delivery Inside Egypt:

  • Standard Delivery (Cairo & Giza) — 2 to 3 working days | 150 EGP

  • Standard Delivery (Other Governorates) — 2 to 3 working days | 350 EGP

  • Fitting Upon Delivery (Standard – Cairo & Giza) — 2 to 3 working days | 250 EGP

  • Fitting Upon Delivery (Standard – Other Governorates) — 2 to 3 working days | 550 EGP

  • Same-Day Delivery (orders placed before 4 PM) — 250 EGP (Cairo & Giza)

  • Fitting Upon Delivery (Same-Day)(orders placed before 4 PM) — 350 EGP (Cairo & Giza)

International Shipping:

  • Delivery takes approximately (4–7 working days) — 2,500 EGP

  • Additional import taxes or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

  • We work exclusively with trusted couriers to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely.

  • Please make sure someone is available at your delivery address (home or work) to receive your order.

  • If delivery cannot be completed, the shipment will be returned to our location, and an additional fee will apply for re-delivery.

Notes:

  • Working days are Sunday to Thursday.

  • Same-day delivery is available daily within Greater Cairo and Giza only.

Fitting Upon Delivery

We understand that purchasing an evening gown online can feel uncertain — that’s why we offer our exclusive “Try Before You Buy” service.
Simply choose “Fitting Upon Delivery” at checkout.

  • This service is available within Egypt only.

For Online Payments:

  • You may try up to 3 dresses or sizes per order.
  • If you decide not to purchase the dress(es) after trying them; we will collect the items and perform a quality inspection.

  • If the dresses are returned in perfect condition with all tags attached, a full refund (excluding any additional shipping fees) will be issued to your card within 3–7 working days.

  • If the items fail the quality inspection, we will document and share the issue details — in this case, a refund will not be possible.

For Cash On Delivery Payments:

  • You may try up to 2 dresses or sizes per order.

  • Before trying on the dresses, you are required to pay the price of one dress to the courier.Then, after choosing the dress you wish to keep, the other dress must be returned to the courier.

  • If you decide not to purchase the dress(es) after trying them on, you may return the item(s); however, the shipping fees must be paid to the courier.
  • The courier will refund the cash after inspecting the items and confirming that they are free from any defects. In case any defects are found, the refund will not be possible.

التجربة عند التسليم (نفس اليوم) (للطلبات قبل الساعة ٤ عصرًا) — ٣٥٠ جنيه (القاهرة والجيزة)

:الشحن الدولي

يستغرق التوصيل تقريبًا من ٤ إلى ٧ أيام عمل.

قد يتم فرض ضرائب أو رسوم جمركية إضافية وفقًا لقوانين بلد الإقامة.

نحن نتعامل مع شركات شحن موثوقة لضمان سرعة وأمان التوصيل.

يرجى التأكد من وجود شخص في عنوان التسليم (المنزل أو العمل) لاستلام الطلب.

في حال تعذّر إتمام عملية التسليم، سيتم إعادة الشحنة إلى موقعنا، وسيتحمّل العميل رسوم إعادة التوصيل.

أيام العمل من الأحد إلى الخميس.

التوصيل في نفس اليوم متاح يوميًا داخل القاهرة الكبرى والجيزة فقط.

:التجربة عند التسليم

ندرك أن شراء فستان سواريه عبر الإنترنت قد يكون خطوة مترددة، لذلك نوفر لك خدمة "جرّبي قبل الشراء" الحصرية.
كل ما عليكِ هو اختيار خيار "التجربة عند التسليم" أثناء إتمام الطلب.

هذه الخدمة متاحة داخل مصر فقط

:في حالة الدفع الالكتروني

يمكن تجربة ٣ فساتين فقط أو ٣ مقاسات مختلفين لكل طلب.

في حال قررتِ عدم شراء الفستان بعد التجربة:

سنقوم باستلام القطعة وإجراء فحص جودة للتأكد من حالتها.

إذا تم إرجاع الفستان بحالة ممتازة، سيتم رد المبلغ بالكامل (باستثناء أي رسوم شحن إضافية) إلى بطاقتك خلال ٣ إلى ٧ أيام عمل.

في حال فشل القطعة في فحص الجودة، سنقوم بتوثيق المشكلة ومشاركتك التفاصيل، وفي هذه الحالة لن يكون من الممكن استرداد المبلغ.

:في حالة الدفع الكاش

يمكن تجربة ٢ فساتين فقط أو ٢ مقاسات مختلفين لكل طلب.

قبل تجربة الفساتين، يُرجى سداد قيمة فستان واحد لمندوب التوصيل. وبعد اختيار الفستان الذي ترغبين في الاحتفاظ به، يتم إعادة الفستان الآخر إلى مندوب التوصيل.

في حال عدم إتمام الشراء بعد تجربة الفستان/الفساتين، يحق للعميلة إرجاع القطعة/القطع، مع ضرورة سداد   رسوم الشحن لمندوب التوصيل.

سيقوم مندوب التوصيل بإعادة المبلغ بعد فحص القطعتين والتأكد من خلوّها من أي عيوب. وفي حال وجود أي عيوب، لن يكون من الممكن استرداد المبلغ.
